Knight Management Insurance Services, LLC, introduces today, Warrantykeeper.com, an on-line service contract management program developed for the retail automobile industry. Warrantykeeper.com enables the auto retailer to digitally submit service contracts sold at his dealership on a real-time basis, resulting in a faster payment of commissions and easier claims handling.

The program, inaugurated at Toyota of North Hollywood (one of Southern California's largest auto retailers), was developed by Knight Management Insurance Services, LLC, in cooperation with Nowcom Corporation, an Internet solutions provider specializing in automotive and insurance Internet applications.

A dealer utilizing the Warrantykeeper.com program uploads a digital image of the service contract application onto a website, which then transmits that information automatically to the service contract administrator and the insurance company. "This is light-years ahead of the traditional system of photocopying applications, handwriting application registers, and mailing them to the administrator," says Eric Jarvis of Knight Management Insurance Services, LLC. "Now the documents are in the hands of the administrator immediately, resulting in greater efficiencies for the dealer, dealer-owned insurers, and third-party administrators."
